How to show the cabinet to a client

A client sees only their brand: the numbers, the content plan and the Telegram digest.

What the client sees

• Overview: the main numbers for the period and the trend.
• Social and ads — in tenge or in the ad account’s currency.
• Content: can approve a post or ask for changes.
• Monthly reports and the Telegram digest.

How to invite

1. 1Agency cabinet / «Clients» / the brand’s row.
2. 2Enter the client’s email and press «Add» — several emails are fine, all with the same rights. Tick what the client may do right there.
3. 3The client gets an email with a link: sets a password and goes straight into the cabinet. Or they choose «Sign up», then «I’m an agency’s client» on the site with that email.

How to switch sections on and off

In the brand’s settings, tick which sections to show. A switched-off section disappears from the cabinet, the bot and the digest — no data is deleted.

A ready message for the client

Hello! We have set up a seventysvn cabinet for you: numbers for social and ads, the content plan and post approval. The invitation arrives by email — open the link and set a password. The digest will come to our shared Telegram chat every morning.
